Why would one find love, when love itself is pain?
Why must you need happiness, along side sadness thick like rain?
Why should all fear death; is life's end not doom?
Why be scared of past, when the past won't revive too soon?
Why be afraid of Darkness, for Light could wield an evil tune?
Why must we waste time as months goes by, first April, May, then June?

Why be forced to smile, when longing for a tear-filled cry?
Why must we believe, a so called "truth' that's forged by lies?
Why do we have choice, if God's Wills' been set?
Why concerned about race, when people is all you've met?
Why do all hate Evil, is Malice not in all?
Why should one trust "Trust", when that same bond could easily fall?
